SakurAI es una plataforma que permite a los usuarios crear agentes de chat con IA, subir documentos a una base de conocimiento e incrustar un widget de chat en sus webs. Durante la fase beta, el servicio se ofrece para evaluación y puede cambiar en cualquier momento.

SakurAI is a platform that allows users to create AI-powered chat agents, upload knowledge base documents, and embed a chat widget on their websites. During the current beta phase, the Service is provided for evaluation purposes and may change at any time.

• Subir o transmitir contenido ilegal, dañino, amenazante, abusivo o que infrinja derechos de autor.Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing.
• Intentar acceder sin autorización a nuestros sistemas o datos de otros usuarios.Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Generar spam, desinformación o contenido engañoso.Use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content.
• Revender o sublicenciar el servicio sin permiso escrito explícito.Resell or sublicense the Service without our explicit written permission.

3. Tu contenido3. Your content

Conservas la propiedad de los documentos y contenidos que subas a SakurAI. Al subirlos, nos concedes una licencia limitada para procesarlos únicamente con el fin de prestarte el servicio.

You retain ownership of any documents and content you upload to SakurAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Eres el único responsable de asegurarte de tener el derecho a subir y usar el contenido que proporciones.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide.

4. Disponibilidad y cambios4. Availability and changes

Nos esforzamos por mantener SakurAI disponible en todo momento, pero no garantizamos el tiempo de actividad. Podemos modificar, suspender o interrumpir cualquier parte del servicio en cualquier momento, especialmente durante la fase beta.

We aim to keep SakurAI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, particularly during the beta phase.

5. Precios5. Pricing

Los precios de los planes de pago se comunicarán claramente antes de cualquier cargo. Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar los precios con al menos 30 días de aviso para los clientes de pago existentes.

Pricing for paid plans will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid customers.

6. Propiedad intelectual6. Intellectual property

SakurAI, su logo y todo el software asociado son propiedad intelectual de Jesús José García Ayala. Nada en estos Términos te concede ningún derecho a usar nuestras marcas o identidad corporativa.

SakurAI, its logo, and all associated software remain the intellectual property of Jesús José García Ayala. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Exclusión de garantías7. Disclaimer of warranties

El servicio se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que las respuestas generadas por IA sean precisas, completas o adecuadas para tu caso de uso específico. Eres responsable de verificar los resultados antes de confiar en ellos.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad8. Limitation of liability

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, SakurAI y su operador no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SakurAI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Ley aplicable9. Governing law

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de España.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
