By accessing or using SakurAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SakurAI is operated by Jesús José García Ayala, based in Spain.

1. The Service

SakurAI is a platform that allows users to create AI-powered chat agents, upload knowledge base documents, and embed a chat widget on their websites. During the current waitlist/beta phase, the Service is provided for evaluation purposes and may change at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SakurAI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our explicit written permission.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any documents and content you upload to SakurAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep SakurAI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, particularly during the beta phase.

5. Pricing

Pricing for paid plans will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid customers.

6. Intellectual property

SakurAI, its logo, and all associated software remain the intellectual property of Jesús José García Ayala. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for verifying the output of any AI agent before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SakurAI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
