SakurAI ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Jesús José García Ayala. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to operate the service:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can notify you when SakurAI launches.
• Usage data — anonymised page visit statistics (e.g. via Plausible Analytics), which do not identify you personally.
• Cookies — we use a single localStorage entry to count local form submissions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use your data

• To send you launch updates and early access information (waitlist emails only — no spam).
• To understand how visitors interact with our landing page and improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — processes waitlist form submissions.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website.
• Google Fonts — serves the Inter typeface. Google may log font requests.

4. Data retention

We retain your email address until you request deletion or SakurAI shuts down. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

6. Children

SakurAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do.
